As an active athlete and lover of physical vitality, I fell in love with modern Reformer Pilates. I believe that strength and flexibility are the best foundation for everything life has to offer—from going for a walk or dancing to lifting children, shopping bags, or furniture… and you can look great while doing it!😊With energy and a smile, I’ll guide you through a variety of workouts where you’ll discover just what your body is capable of—regardless of age, gender, or prior experience.
VITA
Sports and exercise are part of my daily life. I believe in a holistic approach to exercise based on an understanding of the body and its movement patterns. I fell in love with the Pilates Reformer because of its precision, control of movement, and the great feeling and lightness I experience after a workout. In my classes, I aim to help participants understand the importance of regular and mindful movement so they can feel the power of physical exercise, recognize the benefits of healthy exercise and the effects of the Reformer, and connect their body and mind into a balanced whole.
EMA
I was first introduced to Pilates when it helped me relieve pain caused by scoliosis. That experience taught me how to nurture and support my body through proper movement—and inspired me to embark on a journey to teach Pilates. In my classes, I combine classical and contemporary Pilates to create a space for mindful movement, balance, and inner strength. I believe that true strength comes from awareness and that everyone can find greater ease and strength in their body through Pilates.
