Our Workouts
All of our classes are held on Reformers in small groups (up to 5 people), so everyone has plenty of space and attention. We’ll choose the class level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) together based on your fitness level and previous experience.
BEGINNER WORKOUT: Suitable for anyone using the Reformer for the first time. The focus is on getting to know the machine, proper technique, and the basics of Pilates.
ADVANCED WORKOUT: A more intense level designed for those who are already familiar with the Reformer and are in good physical condition. The workout includes more complex movements and a faster pace.
ADVANCED WORKOUT: Designed for experienced participants in excellent physical condition. Requires complete body control and prior experience with more challenging exercises on the Reformer.
To add extra intensity and variety to our workouts, we occasionally incorporate various equipment, such as balls, resistance bands, weights, and a jumpboard, which further enhance the results and ensure that every class remains engaging.
Advanced Reformer Class
Boost your strength and endurance. The best of classic Pilates combined with a modern, versatile workout. Once the basics become second nature, we ramp up the intensity. The workout includes more complex exercise sequences, a faster pace, and a greater emphasis on fluid transitions between movements, taking your fitness to the next level. Equipment (jump boards, resistance bands, balls) is occasionally used during the workout.

With a combination of demanding exercises that test the limits of your balance, coordination, and strength, you’ll achieve results you never expected. Equipment (jump boards, resistance bands, balls) is also used during the workout to increase the challenge.
